The Biden Administrations Affordable Clean Energy Law – The Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) – is a bipartisan piece of legislation intended to provide funding to all levels of the American economy. Signed in 2022, the IRA is also regarded as the largest climate funding bill in American history, providing opportunities for expansion of electrification and climate protections nationwide.
President Biden’s Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA, also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law) is a sweeping funding opportunity to improve the United States’ roads, expand broadband access, and provide higher-paying jobs for impacted communities.
